I am catching up with my ToDo list. One of the things I added when I joined Symbian.org was to start blogging and hopefully record the experiences of moving a large proprietary software product(and its community) to Open Source.
I hope this blog is a bit different, as I plan to focus on what does it take to deliver open software from a project management perspective.
Also, don’t be surprise if some of the post appear to be unreadable as I am also planning to post on my native languages: Spanish and Catalan.
